Creator of the Strong and Sassy programme. I am a degree qualified nutritionist and coach with over 10 years of experience with clients from all walks of life and from all across the globe, each and everyone has a common connection -They all want change.

Second is TAILORED PROGRAMMING! Your fitness journey is as unique as you are, so your program will be customized just for you! I understand you want to lose 20kgs, so I'll design a plan that fits this! 💪
